Multi-Phase Pool Hardscape Groundwork Underway with CKB

We're fired up about this one. We've teamed up with CKB on a major multi-phase hardscape build, and right now we're deep into the groundwork phase around the pool area. Before a single paver goes down, the base has to be right - and that's exactly where our heads are at.

Good hardscape starts way below the surface. We're talking proper excavation, graded sub-base, and compacted gravel laid out precisely across the pool surround. Skip any of those steps and it doesn't matter how nice your pavers look - they'll shift, crack, and cause headaches down the road. We don't cut corners on the foundation work, ever.

Here's what we're working with on this job: mini excavators moving dirt, a John Deere 325G track loader distributing gravel base material, and our crew hand-grading and checking levels right alongside the pool shell. Everyone on site is communicating and moving together. That kind of coordination on a job this size is what keeps the schedule tight and the quality where it needs to be.

The scale of this thing is hard to miss. This is a serious commercial-grade outdoor space, and the paver work that comes next will only look as good as the base work underneath it. We've put in the time to get the grading right and the sub-base locked in - so when the pavers go down, they go down on something solid.
